i reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation
depending on the difficulty of the commission i have the right to increase prices as i see fit
nothing made by "PRIZM" may be used in any blockchain-related technology. this includes: nfts, cryptocurrency, ai teaching or prompts, etc...
i will not adjust my style to reflect/mimic another artist's
please look through my gallery and decide if my style is what you want before submitting a request
i gladly accept mood boards to base commissions on!
if you don't know what you want, perhaps artistic freedom would be best! just ask :)

underage characters in any kind of 18+ scenes! This includes "aged-up" versions of characters. If the character is canonically always under age I will not "age-up" them for you

extreme kinks - ie: watersports, scatt, inflation, vore, diapers, extreme weight gain, macro, micro, hyper, etc.. just ask if u are unsure :) i wont shame, I am just not comfortable drawing it myself
Turnaound Time
typically 2weeks - 2 months depending on complexity
i will communicate with you if anything comes up that would cause a major delay

if you don't want to wait, then please don't commission me. i value your time and completely understand if you would prefer someone who has a faster turnaround time!
with that said: DO NOT pester me/or message me daily inquiring about your commission. be patient. it will not make things go faster, in fact it's quite the opposite. i will keep you notified about progress, or delays. if i haven't done so for any reason, then feel free to contact me and ask what's going on, i don't bite :)
Correction Policy
upcharges for changes are only if they are not my faultif i forget an important detail from your ref sheet or request then i will fix that for free :)
giving me a proper visual reference of your character will avoid most of these possible upcharges
i do not accept written descriptions of characters for general commissions.if you only have shaded pieces of your character, please have something to show their flat color palette.please do not give me multiple references with varying body types. if you have an idea what you want, be sure to tell me exactly how you want it. show me an example of said body type. do not assume that all "muscle" is the same or that all "chub" is the same, and anything along those lines.i will not decipher between multiple finished pieces to get the details of your character.
i do accept written descriptions for pose ideas, personality traits, backgrounds, ect...
Refund Policy
refunds are only available before you approve the sketch i send you. if you have approved the sketch then there are no refund optionsbuying a ych is the same as approving a sketch and are non refundable
this is not the same as purchasing a mass made producti can not simply put my time back on the shelf for the next person
Would you like to join the special members only club?
to join you can:- file a chargeback
- demand a refund after the sketch is approved
- badger me non stop through the commission
- beg for free art or upgrades
- steal my artdoing any one of the above options will grant you a lifetime membership to the black list club ✧˖°
Payment Process
- i only accept USD payment- work begins once at least 50% of the full payment has been made- payment plans are available for commissions starting at $80, anything less than will need to be paid in full- payment is due 48hrs after confirming commission details.- please do not send me any kind of payment until we have discussed and confirmed the details of your commissionplease ask if you have any questions :)
Copyright Policy
as the artist, i hold the rights to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it.for example: Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
you are NOT ALLOWED to change, modify, resell, or take credit for my works
if my art is sold with an oc i ask you credit me and link back to one of my art pages, just when you sell them
